I'd like a quote on 2ea of all of the parts except the pin, which I need 6 of. If measuring and testing goes well, I am hoping to produce these in batches of 12x this qty. This is my first foray into this realm so I'm excited to see how it goes.
Everything is in 4140 except the pin which is 1050, 440B or 304SS (whichever you can get cheapest/easiest)
The pins go thru igus plastic bushings and these are the best wearing shaft materials for the spec'd plastic. The bushing also determined the housing bore tolerance on the clevis style piece..
I'm in Redondo Beach (Southwest Los Angeles) and frequently go to San Diego. I have 6' sticks of all the chromoly material so if you're local it would be nice to supply that. I thought I had access to a shop but that disappeared when everything shut down.
