Default RFQ - series of bent stainless steel parts

    Hi,

I'm working with a client to put together a manufacturing plan for a product based on bent stainless steel or titanium parts. This is a bit outside my area of expertise, (manufacturing I know, formed metal, not so much....)

There are a total of 4 parts, all done in 0.024" stainless (304 or 316), (stainless is a baseline, titanium would be a nice to have.)
This is an example of one of the parts - overall dimensions are approximately 2x1x0.3inch.

I have the design files to share with anyone who would be interested in providing a quote.

    Thanks,

    Matt

What's the volume? Can there be pilot holes in the flat section? How tight does the fold need to be to "U" shape?

    Tom
