Guys, Doing 10 of these on my little manual R&D lathe was bad enough. I need about 100 of these for the sample order.
Can't upload the small pdf drawing apparently.
1" long piece of 316 drilled and tapped on one end in 8-32 5/16" deep. Fine diamond type knurl skimmed to take the pointy tops off along the length. Corners broken, tumbling or small chamfer fine for deburr/corner breaking.
