Hello,
I am looking to have 100 parts as attached machined from Nylon 6/6.
These are cupseals for a pressure vessel the center hole needs to be press fit on a shaft so that tolerance is fairly critical for a sealed crush fit.
My thought would be these would be best to be machined from sheet stock but of course I am open to any suggestions as long as we can hit the tolerance I need.
I am open to suggestions for different kinds of nylon if it is easier, as long as the durometer is the same.
I have an inventor file I can post that as a different format if someone is interested, the site just says it is invalid when I try to upload the native file.
