Hey all!
I need a small part made from 17-4 H900 & 303/304. Initial run would be 60pcs in each material, with follow-up order of 1-3k pieces in a single material if concept works out. This will be part of a press-fit assembly, likely assembled with 1/8" spring pins.
I am trialling two materials as this part will be machined further after assembly with some composite components, and I'm not sure which material will work best for the whole process.
A parting nipple is perfectly acceptable on the flat end, to make it easier to complete these in a single op. Please see attached drawing.
Delivery 4-6 weeks max acceptable. Email quotes to: [email protected]
