I need 15 of these parts ASAP.

You can start with tubing or rod stock. I have had these sort of parts ground before, or they can be run a swiss lathe. The only tricky part with grinding is the inside corner radius <.002" on one inside corner.

Tubing: McMaster-Carr

Print says +/-.001 on 4 decimal places (.2500 diameter) and the .250 O.D. tubing you linked to has a tolerance of +/-.006.

The .250 OD should actually be an open dimension, the stock tubing will be fine there.

The length of the .119 ID hole will be spec'd +/- .010. The .190 is clearance for the .119.

Sorry for the incomplete print. I didn't draw this one up, but that isn't really a valid excuse. Solid models will can be sent.
