Looking for someone to make a spur gear blank, 102 Tooth, 1.5 module size, 15mm wide. I can do the finish work (22mm bore with 5mm keyway). Not sure if I need cast iron or steel.
I also have another member here that is interested if making a second one is not much trouble.
This would be used on a Takiwasa TSL-1000 manual lathe (Yuasa branded). Also would very much appreciate anyone with this lathe and change gear could measure the outside dia of the OEM gear as I do not have a sample.
