Carburized 8620 would work as well and would be tougher.

Nice work, you might also consider horizontal serrations with having perhaps a .005 /.010 flat at the peaks.
Also jaws with various size V groves vertical and horizontal iI have made those and they prove handy.

*Oh ..my bad I thought you were offering, not looking for.
If having a small shaper I would consider the job..but don't.
CNC mill would work Ok/well but don't have one.

(You could add screw used and hole centers)

I have made such on a SG but that was time consuming.
