I am looking for someone in Southern New England, who is interested in quoting a 20-30 piece production run on some steel adapter plates.
The design is proven & has been made several times in the past, so there should be no need for back and forth with design changes and whatnot. I am looking for a new local partner to machine them for me in the future.

Final finish will be black zinc plating. If you have access to this, great! Please quote the plating as a separate line item. If not, that is OK too.

- 3/8" Thick plate steel, mill scale removed, overall dims approximately 15" x 15"
- Inside & outside profiles to be cut via Laser (or HD Plasma) & deburred.
- Holes/features to be milled/drilled/reamed/tapped etc. on a CNC mill.
- Location tolerance on milled features is +/- 0.003" true position.
- All features can be milled from one side of the plate.
