100 of each part. From any case hardenable steel.
Tolerances aren't bad. But. they will be inspected 100%, and rejected if out of spec.
Payment would be sent immediately after inspection complete, and parts pass.
If they would need shipped, they must be packaged so that they do not show up dented and dinged.
Include shipping cost in your quote please. (to a business in 85233)

Are the dimensions on the prints before heat treatment/carberizaton or are they the finished dimensions after heat treatment/carberizaton? Just looking for some clarity as it will affect the final cost.

You don't have a lathe wheelie? Or just too small for you.... (just curious I am not a shop owner/operator)...

Yea, I have a lathe.
Multiple reasons:
I hate small round parts. Lathe is already busy with big round parts. I am too busy on the mills to mess with small round parts.

Until the customer rejects them for non conformance... Covering my baces...

Bill, Dylan @ United Machining has been outstanding for me for several years. He's a member here too. His packaging is nicer than most shops parts. :)

What is the max fillet radius? looks like all my inserts marked for 1018 have .008 radii on them.

I have enough quotes guys.
I know the order is coming. It is probably a couple weeks out.
I'll be in touch with somebody as soon as it is go time.
Thank you gentlemen.
