Really simple:

I need a thick washer...easiest way to describe it.

~1.61" OD, 1/2" hole through center, 3/4" thick

One side needs to be faced (purely cosmetic)

Tolerances are as follows:

1.61 ==> +/- .005
1/2 ==> + .005, -.000 (needs to slide over 1/2" rod for welding)
3/4" ==> +/- .050

Material is any steel that is weldable

Quantity, first run 20, later?? Never more than 100 at a time. Expected delivery...3 weeks

Next washer:

1.25" OD (Cold roll bar tolerances are fine)
1/2" bore (same tolerances as above)
3/4" thick (same tolerances as above)

Both sides faced

Need a small counterbore on one face, approx .1" deep, .84" in diameter

qty, terms, materials, etc...same as above

Just a small shop trying to decide if it's worth my time to do the jobs or not.

I am in SE Michigan.

Bill,

Right now, I am doing this part. It's for a larger assembly. Just trying to test the waters to see how much it would cost....to see if it's worth continueing to do myself, or if it's better to send it out. So...depending upon quotes, I may decide to continue doing them myself. I guess I'm trying to decide how much MY time is worth.
