Customs Broker recommendations - shipment from Canada, Philly area

Hello all - I am looking for a customs broker, preferably one that is available locally (Philadelphia, PA or thereabouts), for a shipment from Canada (~1,500 lbs, 5'x5'x5' crate). Does anyone have any recommendations?

Tried calling C.H. Robinson but got bounced all over the place. Could be a temporary lockdown-related situation. I have tried calling others but have hit a wall thus far.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I think all of this would have been a little easier during normal (non-Coronavirus) times.

I usually use A.N. Derringer for shipments into the U.S. and have had good success. A broker no longer has to be local . Everything is electronic

I have been happy with BBC international their forms can be downloaded and filled in on your computer. They have been quite helpful when I needed help with the forms.
