Nice boom; what about the fork hook group
I see you have bolt on fork upper hook group-- did you make those yourself or did you find a supplier for those?

necro thread... BUT...I wouldn't lift anything with it myself the way the weld looks between the vertical and the upper mounting plate.
the load there will be almost all tension, and it could open up zipper style. the load will be concentrated at the very top of the weld, if there is a flaw there...

The structure proves itself in use......big risk with these lifting booms is if the narrow wheel track goes in a hole one side,the fork tips alarmingly.....a hardly noticeable hole,too.......I got a similar fork,and I put dual wheels on mine to make the track much wider for a lifting boom.
