Are you saying that when you take off the hub and axle pink fluid is coming out of the axle end? I would be surprised if there was anything but gear oil in the diff.

Did you mean the dipstick on the engine? If it is pink in the engine also is sounds like someone used the same pink oil in everything. Odd for engine oil and gear oil to be a pink color.

Pink would be ATF and water.

Yes but who could be dumb enough to use it in the diff and engine?
Pretty sure thats a transaxle, not just a diff. Can't check because its a ways away but think my Daewoo lift uses ATF in the transaxle, and my old Clark came to me with ATF in the transaxle, it does leak, guess what I refill it with? Both of my lifts have a dipstick for the transaxle.
