NAMCO brake master cylinder

The brake on my NAMCO 2015 is missing. Literally. The deadman pedal is there, but the master cylinder was removed and the tube running down to the T fitting was cut and capped. I'd like to fix this.

The part number in the NAMCO parts manual is "101,172 Master Cylinder (See item 37)". Item 37 is the master cylinder repair kit, and someone has written in pen next to it "Wagner F106471.

1) Does anyone know the part number of the master cylinder? I assume it's a Wagner part.

2) The existing 3/16" brake tube will obviously need replacing. The current line, just above the T fitting, is bent into a helix for 2 turns. Does this do anything? The drawing doesn't show it the loops, just a smooth curve.

loops help reduce vibration cracking of the line. Often seen on air compressors. Also allow a little movement from heat expansion and make it easier to connect and disconenct.
