What Yale do I have here and what motor?

So I bought this rig a few years ago. I had the exact model written down then, but can't find it. Tag doesn't give me any info. She needs a new cap and rotor. What do I have here? She's a 4k lift. Mid 70's? Thinking it's a ford engine...................

A picture of the motor would be a help and dist.also. Any REAL parts man knowing the dist. maker and with samples of the need parts should have no trouble finding replacements.Did it 100s of times back when I was behind a auto parts counter.

The "U" in the model code indicates a Mazda engine.

I second that.

Take off the parts you need. Take it to the old timey parts store that has a greasy worn out counter and they should be able to find one.

Maybe, an autozone or advance auto might have it, depending on who's there.

Picture of the engine would definitely help.

Based on the ANSI B-56.1-1975, I'd say it's mid 70's.
