Adding 4th axis to VCN mill

Looking at a VCN mill with Matrix control. It does not have a 4th axis and I would really like to have that option for the family of parts I want to run.
So a few questions.
Do the VCN mills typically come wired for a 4th axis? I would guess it doesn't have the drive for it either.
Any insight on what all is needed and involved to install a 4th?
Thanks

We had a 4th axis addition quoted out for a 510c with a Matrix Nexus control and is was in the $50k usd range if I remember correctly, depending on the size of the 4th we picked, including the drive and install by Mazak.
