Barfeeder issues - Mazak Space Save 2000

Hello everyone,

I have a Mazak SQT-10MS (T-Plus control) with a space save 2000 bar feeder which came with the mazak (both used).

M06 Will open the chuck and extend the pusher/stock.
M07 Will close the chuck and retract the pusher.

At the end of bar, when it sees the M69 it will jump to sub 9999.
In sub 9999 I have a M69/M06/Delay/M07 which will eject the remnant, then load a new bar into the channel and stops there.

If I do a M68 after that it starts to push the bar and then intermediately stops and gives a Bar feeder malfunction.

I can put the feeder in manual and push the bar in then put it back in auto mode and run that bar (have to load the main program again because it error out in the sub). So I know its not a mechanical issue.

Looking for help on how the code should be to push the new bar in all the way, then jump back to the main program.

It is not a servo, works off of pneumatic.
We push against a hard stop.
During a normal push we position the stop and then open the chuck, then slowly move Z to final stop point then close the chuck.
This part works with no problems so far.

We have ours set up to push the material to the stop in the main program. The sub program pushes it to a point just past the chuck jaws.
