Coolant problem in Multiplex 610

Hello there,

i have a Multiplex 610 with Mazatrol 32-6. Coolant in turret 1 is not coming out. The pump is OK and the coolant goes OK until the hose that enter into the turret, but the coolant is not coming out from the turret. I took all the tool holders out and also one plate that have a bronze valve that seals the coolant when the turret is rotating for the tool change and allow to pass the coolant once the turret is clamped again. Everything is OK. It seems some body is making like a plug. I start the pump and coolandt come out very week and then stops coming out. How can I clean the circuit?. Accessing for the back part is almost impossible. we tried blowing with pressured air but still is the same.

Somebody may be have the same problem before?.

Hi, I had a similar problem on a ST20, tried all kinds for months, as a last resort before replacing the coolant hoses I poured some white vinegar in the coolant line (blocking the outlet end), after a couple of hours I hooked the line back up and now it's like new again. Maybe worth a try...

I have 90 degree svivels at coolant intake on my MP620.
I had simular problem when these was full of chips.
