Hi, I am new on this forum so apologize if this subject has been raised before.
Now to the point: at the end of mazak programing book are several programming examples.
Among them is example 5: use of manual program for die milling.
It is about changing plane from G17 to G18 in manual program and using ball nose tool to machine "half pipe " profile.
I have tried this on Mazak at work(graphic window) but something is not working.
Someone advised me that I need to change one of parameters so tool won`t come back to zero
position. Any suggestions?
