I bought this machine from a customer I do work for, it ran when they quit using it but its been seating for over a year. When I started the machine up it had this alarm so the machine wouldn't run a program and the spindle wouldn't turn on. I started looking around in the memory and I found a warm up program that it will run but after its done It still has the alarm. I have some work I would like to run on this machine so any help would be appreciated.

Call Mazak. You'll either need to run (and pass) the actual spindle trial run, or you'll have to go into diagnostics and force a bit to turn off the alarm. We don't have any M Plus machines, so I don't know the bit.

there should be a placard near control that shows the warm up program number and the trial run program number. trial run is VERY long.
