Hi, I have a Mazak Integrex 35 1998, our machine stopped working about 3 weeks ago and we haven't detected the problem.
The machine stopped because of air pressure down, our ATC arm got stuck, but after that the Alarm 202 Hydraulic Pressure Down started to appear and we couldn't move anything. The Alarm 33 Emergency Stop came after, we believe it is because of the hydraulics but we are not sure, I don't know how we can test it. When we manually turn on with the button the hydraulics it does turn on, but there seems to be some spark created don't know if it is normal.
We later corrected the arm to its correct position, we also checked the emergency stop but couldn't find anything strange.
Currently this are the alarms on the screen.
202 Hydraulic Pressure Down
203 Air Pressure Down
220 Turret Position Sensor Malf
260 Slideway Lubrication Alarm
398 Magazine Door Open (It is not open)
33 Emergency Stop
491 Maintenance Check Warning
