Hey guys,

I just took delivery of 2 late 90's T-plus Integrex 35y's.

First, some pictures.

I don't have a maintenance manual for them (I have the rest), so was wondering what's the best way to level them? just on the box ways at the back?

Trav,

Yes, level the machines using the flat box ways.

There a several adjustable legs, what I do is support the machine on the outermost three (mimic a 3-point stool), leveling by adjusting these three legs.

Once level, I snug all the other legs to equal torque as the first three.

Good luck,

We bought a lightly used Integrex I-200 ST. Fairly long bed, dual turret, subspindle machine. I cant remember if our tech said it had 9 or 11 leveling screws. You can get twist and sag in so many directions it can be maddening. It took the better part of a week, working steady. And our tech knows his stuff.
