Trying to confirm the parameters are correct for DNC transfer. When it says user parameter #5 (on the DNC settings picture), does that mean to enter into the 5th column? Or at the bottom of screen(picture of control) where it says User Parameter #2 I need to find a page that says user parameter #5? Because I page through the parameters and I see User Parameters #1-4 across the bottom. Is there another parameter page to find, that I'm not finding? Or can someone say which column the parameters should be in?
Machine is a VTC-20B M Plus control. I am actually having issue transferring programs using DNC4U. It has been working great for the last year or so on this machine, and it just stopped working.
I have been in contact with DNC4U about this and trying options that they have suggested (none being successful as of yet)
