Matrix 2 - Hole Milling

Hey guys.

Any of you gurus know if it's possible to change point of which a circle milling operation starts (tornado)?

Let's I want to mill a hole at B0 X0 Z0, the tool would then go to clearance plane, then rapid in to a new point, then back out to where it starts the cycle.
Like, Z3 (clearance) Z1 then back out to Z3 to start cycle. Now if you for some reason need to run this very gently the first 3mm or so is just the machine running
in the air. I would like to make this cycle start no further from the point it initially rapids to from clearance plane.

These numbers are not exact by any means, just to illustrate the toolpath.

This is somethings that's been annoying me for years!

According to the manual the cycle starts at "Point R" which is "Safety clearance above the point Pz"
PZ being programmed coordinates. Is there a parameter I can change to minimize this distance?

Like, if I were to tornado a hole in Inconel 718 only 3mm deep the cycle itself would take some time, but why start 3mm before the programmed point and double to cycle time?
