Default Mazak Integrex Matrix + angle aggregate - tool definition - how

    Hello everyone,
I would like to ask you, if someone can help me, how to define 90 degree angle aggregate on Integrex e 410H II with Matrix controller. I did try "Special" tool but it seems that it cant use milling spindle. And "Other" tool I can only define one lenght along milling spindle axis but cant define perpendicular offset. Is there any trick to use such head on this machine?
For any helpful adwices I would like to thanks in advance.

By "angle aggreegate" do you mean a right angle head? If so, you need to use the "angle/crank" option under holder type on the tool data page. This will give you a length B for the tool, which would be the stickout from the spindle face of the angle head. The length A would be the centerline of the angle head spindle.

If you don't have angle/crank as an option, contact your local Mazak office and they can walk you through how to turn it on. It's a software setting turned on by an O parameter.
