Help!mazak h500/40 spindle inverter overcurrent #68, spindle driver malfunction #211

two alarms popped up yesterday, No 68 – spindle inverter overcurrent, no 211 spindle driver malfunction and number 32 on the drive. . I have spare boards/amplifiers from another machine that was working but was scrapped years ago by previous owner. We changed the spindle logic card of the spindle drive board with a spare one I had and still are getting same alarms. We checked the diodes and all were the same. Tried running with motor disconnected and still same alarms. Spindle spins freely, haven’t had any issues with it for a while and was running fine last week. any suggestions as to where to check? I contacted Mazak and they said they could send mitsubishi tech out so gueesing this is an elecrical issue.
