I run a 2009 Mazak Slant turn 60 and have a tailcenter question. When changing centers we extend the quill and turn the dial to the position which shows removal pic. Then we retract the quill. Our centers have flats on them and we wrench the off to engage the push pin. Once out, we have to disengage the push pin, and that's the issue. Used to be able to move back by hand, now we ram a tool into the tape and force turn it back. It has gotten more difficult to do this. Are we doing it right? Is there a better way? Did we break something?
