Mazak U44 Laser

Thanks for posting.

we've got one in the shop I work at. very nice machine, can do some amazing things. we've been laser cutting parts faster, than we used to machine them.

It's nice to see how someone else is using it. that belt driven fixture at the end of the movie is very interesting indeed.

You forgot to put the link back to where YOU have this machine for sale.

Thought the Mazak buffs might get a kick out of this one

Pigs arse. Its an unmitigated sales pitch. Take it to the commerce section, read the rules. http://www.practicalmachinist.com/vb/showthread.php?t=147276

And have the balls to declare your interests. :wrong:

Phil.

P.S. And don’t think I missed you doing the same stunt here, in the thread “Some pretty interesting Video’s”
http://www.practicalmachinist.com/vb/showthread.php?t=156555

The second link if you didn’t stuff it up by putting the :ack2: too close to the link.

That would have given you yet another machine on your stock list.

Blatant sales pitch not withstanding.... It is still nice to see how someone else uses this machine....At least replace that broken pressure gage before trying to sell it....Then it will look less like it has been crashed. :ack2:

here is a video I just did yesterday of our shops U44 cutting some Pipe. (and no, It's not for sale ).

I still need to work on the cutting conditions, but it's not bad for the first try on this material.

you are a super Sleuth

You aussies never miss a thing.

I posted the youtube links for a specific purpose Inspector Gadget, because they are interesting to the practical machinist. Some people have never seen a laser cut, let alone a 6 axes application.

The machines in my inventory section are for sale. Many of the machine on my Youtube are not for sale or have been sold. Either way most of the videos are interesting and like I said in the first place -

"Cool Machine" - Thought the Mazak buffs might get a kick out of this one!

If you want to post my sales oriented hyperlinks multiple times on this forum, maybe we should all start whinning about you. Send me a resume we may have room for you our marketing department.

Movies for the MetalHead :ack2:
