Hi

I have bought a Mazak. To Transport through the Workshop gate, i have unfortunetly to remove the Electrical Cabinet.

As you know, many Hydraulik Hose are mounted with the Distributor block on the rearside of the Electrical Cabinet.

I guess i have to loosen some of them.

Any advice, how not to get a real mess with oil spout?

Do the hose have a check /close valve?

Is one very critical to realese/loosen?

Every input i really appreciate!

Best regards
Martin

cant you just unhook the block and leave all the hoses together
thats not really a distribution block i dont think, its just a coupling spot for the individual hoses

Yes indeed, it works well!

Just loosen every electrical cable.

Thanks!

Because i have never seen pictures from the gear in any forum i am posting some pictures. My new (old) mazak, the spindle some how was stuck/locked up. After i removed the spindle motor, both the motor and gear, turned smoith as silk...so may be there was something stuck between the motorshaft and the connected shaft....i dont know...
But i am happy now it turns by moving by hands.
Second the rips of the motor eas soak with oil, the airblowing would not really have a effect...i cleaned as much as possible....

hi

Is there a way to add severel pictures in one step?
I can only add one per time...very annoing...and rotating is not possible..
