I have recently bought a Mazak VTC16C with M32 control. It has a Golden Sun 4th axis.
There was a split air hose in the 4th axis which I understand is the brake. I have repaired the hose but I cant home 4th axis and when I try to use the hand wheel it throws a 128 Outside interlock message.
I have noticed that if I keep the air pressure off, the axis can home and operate as usual.
There is a pressure switch to ensure that the brake is off which is working correctly and if I keep it closed (as if there is no air) the axis works.
Does anyone have any idea what could be causing the problem,
