so. i knew better than to buy this, but it was too good a deal. i may regret it though by the time i get this to run. it did power on,but with a parameter alarm. but guy also had it powered on with zero grounds hooked up. ive got it home now, and in the process of wiring, and switching transformer to 230v for my converter. SO....while in the back cleaning stuff and wiring,i find 2 decently sized hoses with open ends/fittings. roughly 1". look to be hydraulic lines from what i can tell with no where to attach them. they are right where the coolant tank /pump is. so, what am i missing here to get this connected? the pump is in the reservoir by the spindle motor, correct?

some of those machine had a wing wash
which commonly got disconnected to increase flow to tooling/turret
the hoses and connections mazak uses for coolant look just like hydraulic
follow the hose to the end to be sure what you have
coolant to a hydraulic line or visa versa would be a bad way to start a day

ok. yeah, youre right. i chased the lines and have found that it looks to be coolant related. and there were 2 spots for pumps vs the one i have. i have it powered up now to address the alarms it has. thats a new thread cause it is locked up tight on the screen with alarm 37
