I am getting a #250 alarm which is "Spindle Start Misoperation" can't find anything causing this please hep!!!!

On my older QT8 it means I tried to cycle start before the chuck had proper time to close completely.

My older T-2 would throw this alarm after I first power the machine up and did not cycle the chuck--even if it was already clamped.
Also, cycle start too soon after chuck gets clamped (timer parameter is 5 sec on my machine), machine will also throw the alarm.

on my nexus 350, if the last operation was a live tool such as milling a keyway,i will get this alarm if i leave the c- axis locked for several minutes. what i do is go to mdi and put in m202 and hit cycle start. this releases the chuck to turning mode and no alarm occurs
