Parameter for radius compensation on cut off

A used machine that i just purchased is not compensating for the corner radius on my cut off insert. It only goes to zero and retracts which leaves a small tit on the face of the part. Does anyone know the parameter to control this or a workaround? 2008 matrix QTN200 Nexus II.... TIA

I'm not familiar with that control but go into edit mode and on the cutoff process, select the TPC menu. In there it should show you the parameters which control the grooving processes. Then you can go to the parameter page and make the change permanent vs doing it in the TPC menu.
