Default QT-6T Mazatrol T+ Plus Barfeeder, PLC, Parameters, Floppy - Help

    Hello.
There are several problems, in this thread there are questions and solutions.
    Everything in order
    Problem number 1:
Mazak QT-6T Mazatrol T + (plus) machine worked with a barfeeder.
Now I turned on the machine without a bar feeder and an error appeared on the display: 33 EMERGENCY STOP.
It is not possible to reset the error, the machine does not respond.
The EMERGENCY STOP button and limit switches are working properly.
Maybe you need to fix something in the PLC?
    please any help ...

You may have more than one alarm. Look at you "DIAGNOSE" page. This will show if you have more than one alarm.

What do these readings mean? (operating time):
    Power ON -
    Auto CUT -
    Auto OPR -
    Total CUT -

it is the missing estop button that was on the bar feeder. did you change parameters to tell machine to not look for the bar feeder? you may need to add jumper on board where the missing estop plugged in

    I'm new to Mazak.
I don’t know where to change the settings so the machine doesn’t look for the bar feeder.
That's why I'm here to help me)

Do you have any machine manuals for it?

    I have only:
    - parameter list
    - operating manual.

I need for Mazatrol T plus
    - electrical circuit
    - how to disable polling of the bar feeder from the PLC?

I want to remove the extra wires, relays and starters that were used for the bar feeder.
But first, I need to start the machine.
    Any help is appreciated.

    the option specifies EIA/ISO

does it need to be activated in the parameters?
    sorry i'm new to mazak

you have none of those options. and you dont need to remove anything off of machine to disable bar feeder, just change parameters and possibly add a jumper to complete e stop circuit.

I am pretty sure that a parameter change is needed to disable the barfeeder. Have you looked through the parameter list ?

    press the "machine" button.
    then "option" soft key.
make sure "barfeed" is not highlighted.

Thanks for your answers and help.
I solved an error 33, jumper, but I had other errors.
    img_20210422_131610.jpg
Now in search of their decision.

What do you think I can't write a new program in EIA / ISO (G-Code)
    Any ideas?

no eia without the option you will have to call mazak and buy the option.

look for parameter that sets if the chuck is looking for confirmation sensors or just on timer. it is currently set to sensors, that is why you are getting alarms.
