My Multiplex 620 T32-6 as a max rpm of 3600 on the spindles.
I found a label on the machine says max 4800 rpm and the chuck says max 5000 rpm.
I tried to change parameters to do 4800 rpm and it works.
4800 rpm is doable for 8” chucks, although gripping strength drops significantly as rpm increases. It seems like Kitagawa rates gripping power about half at max rpms...?
Your spindle drives may be taxed a bit at higher rpms...? I would slow the accel/decel rates at least, to minimize strain on the drives.
