SQT 15 spindle rebuild cost

how much more you all think an SQT 18 would need? Did repair outfit tell you to send the entire headstock or what? Just trying to familiarize myself with this whole situation if I ever fit into it.
 
The spindle unbolts from the casting and you ship the entire assembly. We have done this before, you just have to build a shipping box that is robust enough to handle the weight.

Thanks. This machine has paid for itself many times over and can still make some bucks. When we have had boards go out in the past, there is a shop just a few hours away that does a great job with repair.
