I'm trying to turn on a QT 20 that I bought and let sit for 7 or so months. There's power to the drives, the screen turns on to the home screen and stays there. There's no power to the controls ,at least no lights and nothing on the control panel works. The only thing lit up on the control is the two red numerical displays. The XZ drive is flashing E7 and so is the spindle drive. So E stop. The Qx141 card has two LED lights about half way down only the top one is lit up and it's red. Any ideas? Is this what happens when the back up battery goes dead and you lose parameters? Any suggestions?
