Tool length over limit

Hello, I have a new QTU 350 MY and I am wanting to use my indexable drill (in turning mode) but when I touch the tool off it gives me an alarm for tool length over limit. What parameter number do I change to allow me to use this tool? I have plenty of clearance between the part and the tail stock. Not sure why they set these so tight. Any help please.

With the drill two or three pockets away from a turning tool that you cut the part o.d. with, where is the business end of the drill? Maybe thru your sheet metal?

SU110-SU113 are the limits as measured from the front face of the turret for Z and the center of the turret for X. There is a nice diagram in the parameter book that shows them. If you know for sure you can clear, then you can adjust these.

SU154 bit 1 turns length checking on and off globally.
