Every time we use the tailstock and use TPC, we are getting an over travel alarm at tool change. We have to reset, and index to the next used tool, then do a program restart at that unit.
The TPC setting you are using is attempting to move the turret into an over travel position. Is the alarm in the X or Z axis? Decrease the value of your TPC movement. You are probably giving it too much movement away from the spindle. Can you post a screenshot of your TPC page?
