    Hello people,

    The machine has Serial number M325L0214Z9, Model FCA325L2NJ-1

    In the attached documents is the list of parameters for this machine. Some fields say (set the best value to ech machine) and here we need support to complete the fields.

    you are correct, the control is a T32-2

    I think it's a T-32 control. I have never seen a QT28N with a T-2.

    Then I was NOT correct, Its a T32 system with 2 axis (X and Z)
    I can find these parameters:
    T5 Tooleye brake on time (standard 50)
    T6 Tooleye brake off time (standard 20)
    T7 Time movment of tooleye (standard 80)
    B61 Toolnose measurment sensor width X-axis
    B62 Toolnose measurment sensor widht Z-axis
    B63 Toolnose measurment sensor position X-axis
    B64 Toolnose measurment sensor Position Z-axis

    I can check later today if I can find out the others.

    Have you tried to reload parameters from eeprom?

    TO GO FROM EEPROM TO RAM.
    1)Goto PARAMETER page.
    2)Push 3rd menu button from right.
    3)Key in 1131 and area above button will highlight in purple.
    4)Goto DIAGNOSTIC page.
    5)Press DIAGNOSTICMEMORY.
    6)Press MEMORY EEPROM.
    7)Move Curser down to EEPROM.
    8)Key in 2, Press INPUT, and Then START.

    Take picture of all your parameters first

    it was my mistake for the controller.

    the procedure of loading the parameters from EEPROM is done. all is functioning well and all the alarms are gone.
