Does anyone know how to get the rotating table back to home if we get a power failure during rotation? I have had two Mazak repair people here fixing other machine issues and they had no clue. Just got me thinking when I shut her down for the shift and it was off and we had a 10 second power failure how I would home the table if this happened during rotation. There has to be a procedure somewhere. BTW this is a wonderful machine very happy with it.

Are you talking about a 2 pallet changer machine? There is a special maintenance mode that is enabled with PLC parameters, that lets you manually jog the pallet changer around with the maintenance menu. That is how the machine is shipped with the lockdown brackets for instance.

Yes the table rotates to load & unload parts.
