Hi All,

So I thought I was doing a good thing by switching the machine completely off over our Christmas break (6 days) as it typically gets left on the rest of the year. I didn't ever have a low battery alarm prior to Christmas so didn't really think about it being a problem. I started the machine on the 27th Dec and had the ALARM "10 Detector Malfunction", I managed to clear this by using MF1&MF2 to hand wind the machine off its soft limits and then referenced the machine as usual.

I thought I was back up and running as all seemed ok at this point, when I started an existing program which I had been running pre Christmas I could see positionally I was miles off my original G54. Also my Z axis ceiling is lower than the tool change position.

My question is; What is the likely hood of me being able to reset these positions myself without having to get a Mazak engineer in? And Also I am still not getting a 'Low Batt' alarm which suggests the battery is ok, I find this hard to believe...

Thanks.
