Hello,

Good Afternoon all, I am have an older Reflex CMM I am for a better word "restoring". Yeah that bad. Its all there but I need to replace the air lines and was wondering if anyone had an air line schematic for the Gage 2000/ Reflex machines?

Thanks,

Steve

I paid a guy to rehose mine. It took him 3 days! you are braver than me, good luck! I'm not sure it really matters too much, just make sure the X Y and Z switches go to the appropriate bearings.

Replacement line can still be purchased, cut to length and install. Otherwise its tropical fish air line but a heat gun may be needed to slip over the barb. Windex or spit makes it easier. No schematic that we used. Just listen for the leak and replace. Remove the granite plate for access to the Y-Axis. Expect to back off the air clamps. Re-adjustment is trial and error for clamp settings. Be very careful along the back of the X-Axis as the glass scale and reader is back there.
