I have a chance at getting one of these - the size is right for what it is we do. It is a 1997 model - anybody out there have one of these?

Pros/cons?

We have one..
Nice little machine..
Good for most all manual CMM work..
Pretty straight forward operation..

Make sure you have clean, dry air feeding it..

No cons that I can think of..It is just a good manual machine..Nothing fancy..
 
Thanks - and barring any unforseen issues I should have it soon. Still will have to have a PM done and get up to speed on the software...
 
Hello out there, looking for program control box for Brown & Sharpe 343 or 454 I think, its the next size.
Maybe you have upgraded your software. Need for high school shop. thanks lynn
