DRO scale ID help please

It might be an old Sony Magnescale Digiruler-based scale. I have a Sony with a magnetic tape embedded in the face like that, but the base is black anodized angle instead of a flat bar. The tape is on the inside face of one of the angle's legs. I use for the Z on my lathe. The scale is mounted on the rear of the bed with the tape facing down and protected by the angle. The reader has a set of "way wipers" that keep the crud off the scale. The scale came to me around 6 ft long, but I cut it down. Magnescale is still in business, with no mention of Sony anymore.
