Looking to see if anyone else has an IM machine. We purchased ours about this time last year. As expected, didn't take long for us to figure out that we knew more than the sales/tech rep in our area, (who seemingly fell off the face of the earth after cutting the check). Anyway, it seems as though the software is lacking some needed features, that we have developed work arounds for. Just looking to bounce ideas around with those expirenced with this machine. One example is Bolt Circle patterns. Another is virtually drawing a line from a center of a circle to anyplace. Another is true position off anyplace else than the corrdinate setting. The writers of this software baffle me.
