I have been asked to compare Inspection plus from renishaw and nc-dmis from hexagon as to which is the better software. From what I can tell for tool and work offsets to improve quality of the parts being made Inspection plus would be the way to go, but if I wanted to be able to use software in the machine for quality reports to the customer nc-dmis is better. If someone could give their input as to which software is better for quality reports to the customer and possible the accuracy of each software.
