does anyone have a 'repair guy' with a supply of obsoleted Mitutoyo parts new or used? I have a circa 1982(ish) digital height gage (I'll get the model number of it if needed- it's at the shop and I'm at home) missing the top and bottom battery covers. No love from Long Island Indicator or my local calibration/repair guy.:(

Those sometimes come up on ebay as sold for parts, you may have to wait for one to get parts from. Those are parts you would think would be available as they can easily be lost. Sorry to hear you were not having any better luck.

I have a Mit digital height gauge of perhaps that vintage, not working and stored.

When you get a model number I'll check.
