zeiss scanmax probes and manual needed

hi all , just picked up a old scanmax powers up, every thing seems good but no probe or books.
if anybody knows or has these that would be interested in selling let me know. Thanks

I just picked up a Carl Zeiss ScanMax.
I didn't expect much from this but figured the parts are worth more than I paid for the whole thing. With the servo drive ball screw and Heidenhain glass scale on the Z. I think both my rotary encoders are shot but I still need to test them.
Mine boots up and runs the diagnostic (which is not good) then locks me out of the software.
Do you know if that's a result of the bad diagnostic or a licensing issue? It'd be nice to be able to use the software to help diagnose the problems it has.
